so when i turn my xbox on my game never reads the disc straight away and where the art work for the game normally is it just says open tray so i have to open adn close it for it to load the game ???

when this happens i eject the tray and just push it to the side works fine

ya man its called that either ur disc is too damaged or maybe ur laser fthat reads the disc is fried or is destroyed beat way to fix it is to send ur xbox to these guys [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

its happend to me dude
what you do is:
eject the tray and clean the inside if the tray
put your finger into the xbox and turn the cog and the disc tray should close
that usualy works for me
