This is just a guess but try the server properties where it says server ip or server port otherwise I recommend stormmangment form he will help you if my way does not work

You gotta port forward, if your running anything like a rsps, or anything on that port. You can't use it for minecraft. Just look up on youtube how to portforward your minecraft server.

You have to port forward, then go into server.propeties and set the port to the one you forwarded
