Okay well I have been going over this stuff in my head and let me break it down to you,

So basically this is scamming the government but legally scamming them which is odd to think about but it really is. So I have been looking into tax returns and you can right off tax returns for what you purchase. And when you buy a lottery ticket like the $1 or the $5 or the $10 ones you get no receipt but if you stockpile all of the lottery tickets they all have the price you (or whoever) paid for them. So I'm 16 and by the time I'm 18/19 I will be doing my tax returns and if I compile 1,000,000 dollars worth of scratch tickets by picking them up of the ground or whatever I will write those off as a Tax Return with proof of purchase because you have the tickets and they are scannable proof but because you had 1,000,000 dollars worth of scratch tickets the government will refund you roughly 270,000 dollars for just collecting used scratch tickets.
