Get Gamer Picture Injector, search it on Google or YouTube for a download link. Once in GPI search for Call of Duty: Black Ops. Select the two gamer pics or more. Save them to file. Open up your USB in Modio or USBXTAF and inject them into the correct folder (which I currently do not remember, but you should probably know and if you don't then just search "How to get free Gamer Pictures" on YouTube).
