So when I try to use Cain and Abel to scan IP Addresses I get this:

Anyone have any idea on how I could fix this? I am not sure about the command because I don't know if it will mess anything up that is connected to our router. We have 10 or 11 things connected to our router and I don't want to have to go and reconnect everything in the house. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
