HD-PVR .mp4 File Upper Left Portion of ScreenPosted:

Title pretty much says it all, although when replaying the video clip through WMP or DIVX player it does show the full screen, but the actual thumbnail and when trying to edit in Sony Vegas Pro 9, it only shows the upper left portion

Edit:
I've tried it on two different computers both meeting the minimum requirements
What I also noticed was that when either trying to record in 1080i or 720p, when you start recording it fluctuates from either 1080 or 720 into 480 and then back to normal

Any idea's?

Maybe corrupted software just try and reinstall the software.

well it may be your pvr is getting old try turning it off when ever your xbox is not on so it cools down

ive got the same problem for some reason when it records in .mp4 sony vegas doesnt like it so you can change your settings in TME to record in a different format and it works fine

That is a common problem.

Change the recording format to .M2TS instead of .MP4; it should record fine and Sony Vegas should accept it and it will work perfectly.
Jut render it in .MP4 and you should be fine
