Wow thats the dumbest thing ive ever seen haha! Why would you ever try to go that way to get to it! Theres an extremely simple way to get to it. Answer: Jump from on top of the building behind the room, onto the overhang, and then climb over the little wall. At the three second mark it shows you how to get to it....haha

There is an easier way just go up the ladder near the door by the glitch turn around and their will be a platform kind of thing and from their u can jump in the glitch it takes about 5 seconds.
