Here's my explanation:
first go to open notepad and type in: ping -t -l 60000
next go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and find the one called high anonymous proxy and copy that code (don't copy the colon right by it).
now go back to notepad and space after 60000 paste that code at the site and then save the notepad thingy as lagswitch.bat
now it should save on your desktop and next go to your xbox (keep your pc on!) and when you're host of a game and you can't get those easy kills (****) then open that lagswitch.bat thing on your desktop just open like 15 of em and everyone will lag

1. Delete all your shit that **** up this game. It's much more ok to test it out, just to see, but using it for your own advantage is just sad.
2. Start up the game and suck at it.
3. Get better.
4. Put some sharp spikes at your enter button so you don't click
