ok i need help i was goin to set up a VPN to obtain a american ip address to get the black ops mappacks since we cant get them in the country im stationed in i was wondering if you can get console banned for setting up a vpn so ur xbox can get the black ops mappacks does it go agaisnt microsfots rules
