Since nearly every released game gets hacked (especially cod), yes

But no one could produce hacks in black ops so whats the difference between MW3?

No,they can't go online and if that's the only reason why your buying a jtag then it's really pointless. If your going to get one learn to use it for other things.

well what if your using it for system link wallhacking for gamebattles tournaments then would you recommend it?

I hope not. If there is, Infinity Ward/Microsoft is going to do something serious about it. Hackers already ruined two of their games (CoD4 and WaW). They'll be pissed if people do it immediately in this.
