If you have it, go to Zombies -> Xbox Live
Under Leaderboards it gives you Zombie Soundtracks, click that.
Gives you a unique ID and sign up on callofduty.com with the ID (;

By going to the xbox live and then it says Zombie Soundtrack and it will give you a code to go to the cod website.
