Hello everyone i've been thinking lately that i have a lack of multiplayer servers to play on.
i've come to the conclusion that i should just host my own which is for anyone and everyone to join.

a list of things im asking you guys:
1:should i host through bukkit.
1a: what plugins do you recommend.
2:should i have multiple admins/moderators.
3:should i make a youtube channel recording what we do over time.
4:should i find a way of using voice chat for us.
4a:anything people can recommend
(cause vent has a limit on the amount of people that can be on it at once well the free ones do)
