you can hack a gun of the wall for 3000 points and the gun gets fliped so you can buy upgraded ammo for non-upgraded ammo price Ex: hack the ak74u and buy upgraded ammo for 600 points vs. 4500 points

what he's saying is when you PAP a gun and go to buy ammo off the wall for that gun, if you hack it before hand.
the ammo goes from 4500 to 600.
