does anyone know what the benefit of hacking a perk machine does?

yeah you can. in one of the photo anylisis you can clearly see mule kicks perk symbol is flipped over and theres a pic wherree u see it when its not hacked in normal state

well ive playd the map and i took the hacking device to a perk and it wouldnt hack it so i think i know you cant thats just a pic not solid proof

but do you have to upgrade your gun to use the ammo?
