The voice of ghost and gaz was by Craig Fairbrass.
He returns in MW3 as Sgt Wallcroft.
Sgt Wallcroft was in cod 4 but not by Craig Fairbrass.

My theory is that Ghost contacted Price and Soap as they are all
most wanted.
Ghost took the identity of wallcroft who has died and becomes the
inside man for Price and Soap.
The photos of wallcroft are him wearing masks which cover him face and identity.

Good theory,but it would never happen. Ghost is dead and isn't coming back.
