Try setting all your setting to minimum such as
render dist - tiny
graphics - fast
etc.

Then install optifog+optimine an try. If that doesn't work tell me.

Ok I have my server workin but how do I get my plugins workin to where it welcomes you to the server and where it say's admin before my name im trying to get these things worlkin please help.

i cannot connect to all minecraft server ip's with the 25565 port i have tried manny servers that are reliable and are usually up all the time but none of them worked, although i can connect to other servers without :25565 port just fine what is the problem and how can i fix it ? the servers or not one of my own i just simply cannot connect to them (:25565) pleasen help

@Nuke. For ranks and prefixes use iChat and permissions. For the welcome MOTD is is pre-setup in essentials which is useful for other things aswell.

You put the plugin.jar in the plugins folder which appears when you run craftbukkit. To load the plugin config files put them there then rub craftbukkit again.
