Microsoft won't do a thing. I did this before (Stupid me) and all they could do is change the email and passcode to it (So the hacker doesn't get my dads bank account stuff) and you just have to get a new one. Because they froze it but we neever got it back. But I have a new one

i know this sounds funny but when i was doing systemlink someone recovered the account b4 they paid snd then changed there password so i couldnt do anything about it
hopefully u didnt try to pull a quick 1 like that there is ways to stop him using your account but will you get it back i dunno but goto passport and maybe try recover your password unless he has changed the alternative email address or maybe even try change it yourself worth a try, if not and he did rob you pm me his email addy

yeah i got hacked about 3 months ago i called microsoft and i had 2 w8 1 and 1/2 months just 2 get my account bak and the kid changed my name 2 a :idea: :idea: name

you should try by making a new account because you won't get your old one back and secondly microsoft points generators doesn't work !
