Well there coming because my dad got charged $100 Bucks from iTunes randomly
So I'm worried there's 2 thing i'm worried about...
1.I have The cracked version of minecraft is that iLegall?
2. I jailbroke my iPod is that iLLegal to?
Im so nervous So please tell me wha i should do?

you think a cracked version of a game and a jailbroken ipod is illegal??? bahahah

unless you made the crack/jailbreak you have nothing to worry about.

secondly, they cant search and seize your property unless they have a warrant.

Jailbreaking your ipod is legal...

(using apps to get cracked apps I.E. Installous is Illegal)

and the cracked version of minecraft I'm sure the cops won't even care about.

They will not be looking at your Minecraft or iPod. I seriously doubt they will look past the credit card statement.

Why are they coming to your house?

That should be an issue you could work out with Apple.
