I believe that person was one of the 1st in the UK to buy one. Unfortunately I am not a professional exporter and may have done the forms wrong. IDK. It is unfortunate and I feel bad that :idea: like that happens. I think I've gotten better at it and try to send them as gifts and samples, but I don't know if that has any effect or not. Also, it's hard to mark a package worth $10, then insure it for $300... looks kinda fishy. If some other buyers from UK would share their experience, maybe we can figure out the right way to do it.
