Me and my friend have looked everywhere. Where can it spawn at?

The only place we haven't checked yet is Area 51

It spawns at the counters where the Hacker is at.

it spawns on the second floor of the labs.

not to be a noob but you need that for the second part of the easter egg right? im not sure

i just found it outside of the labs by the grey barrels which are located between the door and the mystery box

i found once windows where smashed in labs, it had gone so maybe blew out the window ?? i started again once i couldnt find it
