So if you have an xbox live account and you have a credit card on it call 18004myxbox and tell them you want it to be removed!"Make sure you have you xbox on and you are signed into you xbox account or this wont work!" Next they will ask your secret question then for you email.once you give them your email in about 2min you will receive 3 emails all from Microsoft and it says click here to redeem you token! "yes its a token and you have to redeem it on you computer" Once you do that you redeem them all while your xbox is still on and you are signed in still then id you go to account management you will receive another 12months addition to what you already had!
