This may sound harsh, but I mean no harm. I'm only offering my opinion based criticism.

The lighting in the background doesnt match the lighting of the render

Aside from the "lines" in the background, the sig doesnt have any flow.

The render isnt blended at all, it appears to be just pasted on top.

The text seems out of place, and draws the eye away from the render.

I thought I was the only one who didn't necessarily like this one, he said it all, it just doesn't seem like much, and btw, the render is a big part of a sig, how long did it take you?
