Hey guy i woke this morning and i wanted to make a background to make a speed art for my YouTube channel. So i clicked the gradient tool and switched it from linear to radial and i put the colors to black and blue so the blue is in the middle and the black is on the outside and when i dragged it to make it the color was grey and black?? And then i tried to do it with a brush and the same thing happened can anyone please help me?? ill +rep. Thanks

try switching the colors in your color pallet

Switch to RGB Colorscale.
You're in Black/White colorscale.

I had the same problem, i think when you select new make sure the colour mode is set to "RGB Colour".
