As a i said my download stops at 99%. i bought the ressurection map pack and it downloads upto 99% then cancels anyone know why ?...

I'm guessing you licensed transferred.

If the owner is from a different country, it'll go to 99 percent then just cancel

If so Its Probably from a Foreign Account, Which Will NOT allow you to.
