I have both xbox and ps3 but the ps3 just doesnt cut it for me. It has downtime of the store and other features a lot.

The connection is bad and there isnt anything like private or party chat.

If you dont go online its perfect but if you do go online then just get another xbox account and dont do anything to get banned.

This is false. Only thing better on the Xbox Live is the "Party Chat" Feature, everything else is borderline useless, plus you have to PAY for that, which it isn't expecnsive but the principle of the fact of paying for online is insane when you're alreadying dishing out money to your internet provider. Microsoft is like some half-breed savage that came along and wanted to just yank on your johnson.

Also false is the misconception that 360 has "better servers". Most of the time, these individuals are usually talking about Call of Duty, which in this case, has shitty servers across all platforms. But I've played plenty of games on the PS3 with dedicated servers, that run flawless ie: Socom Confrontation, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Resistance 2 w/ 60+ players in a server.

If u wana jailbreak it u need 2 to make the lobbies work, 1 jb and 1 on the newest firmware.
If u only have 1 jb then u cant do anything with it.

Also There are bans on psn , i got banned for 1 month on there it was a console ban. But if u dnt wanna pay for the live then it is a good buy.
