Hi, My gamertag today was banned due to the reason of "Marketplace Theft", now I ran out of live on that account 1 week before the account got banned (THANK GOD!) but my real issue and quesion is that I had been 10th prestige on MW2 and a very high level in Halo Reach. I also had Gears of War 2 Map Packs and Modern Warfare 2 Map PAcks and also Halo Reach unlocks and such...my question for now is with my account banned can I still access my downloaded content? Just my account got banned but not my console and i still have my content on my 360. Also, is their anyway though I can get my account unbanned? I have had that account for 3 straight years and have over 11+ thousand of gamerscore...and Microsoft keeps on deleting my topics that i post. I really am disgusted with Xbox Lives response to their loyal customers...I hope a postive response to come

Yes, you can still access your DLC. You must use the newest method to sign into banned accounts and then you can access it all via marketplace or download history.

i know a way to have your profile back by pressing buttons on the controller without doing the recover...lol + 30 rep for the method ^^
