here are 2 ways

1.open up notepad
2.type in ping -t -l 6000
3.google/proxy list/ip adress
4.get the high-anomymous proxy
5.get only the code something like this(114.245.798.64)copy it.NOT the 8080 at the end!
6.paste it on the note pad
7.save as/lag switch2.bat
8.save to desk top
9.your allowed to rename it there
10.go on xbox/ps3/wii.and depending on how much you want them to lag open up about 10 for high.





1)network tools
2)UPD Flodder
3)set to 27.27.27.27
4)copy and paste Data untill it fills up the box
5)move the line to 10
6)click start and enjoy

when you run the notepad does it come up as a black screen with writting ?

my black screen with wrighting on it only pops up for a sec is this normal
