Use your 13146 nand, which you should have kept just in case you experienced a bad flash like this one, and put it on the root of a USB drive. Plug it into your console which should be turned off, then boot into XeLL. Wait about two to three minutes and then your console should either restart itself or just shut it off and give it a power cycle. Then you should be fine on your previous 13146 dashboard. Just make sure to remake that nand that you previously flashed to assure your console doesn't experience another bad flash.
