on the both side's of the xbox where it say's xbox 360 there's 1 side where there is 2 big X's but u cant see them put yr hand's ethier side where it say's xbox 360 then press your hand's down then turn yr xbox back on then it should work that's how i did it

if you have one or three red rings send it off or buy a new slim one cos they dont get it...

2 red rings = overheating.. air it out a bit
4 red rings = your av cable is either broke or not plugged in properly
