And you said that jtaging this way disables the xbox from booting in to a MS dash well why not use freestyle dash or have it boot in to XeX menu.

no,a menu is still being created and Anything that runs unsigned code will never be online again with the exception of a few.

But i think what he is asking is will you still be able to test patches and mod games OFFLINE in system link or solo

This is just fresh, i got a xbox hanging around, but theres a problem with it. and i cant fix it ((((((((
