well think about it the reason people do it is for fun or just because they are sad enough to do it and don't think about other peoples feeling's so either way it will never stop maybe if jagex made it harder to do this recovering account stuff then it would probably stop but ah well. the only person that quit because of this recovering crap was zezima but he lied about it all and said he done it because runescape was becoming too easy and boring. that was bull sh*t he stopped because he kept getting hacked so many times by this stupid recovering system.

its a game. if they leave it inactive for 6 months+ that means they quit..like i said..why let it go to waste..

Taking accounts made in 2006 and below would be fine, because they have been inactive for so long and the owner of the account would clearly have lost their password. But taking accounts that have only been a few months or weeks inactive, isn't right.
