Hello. Like the title explains, I would like to know if Microsoft points from other countries would work in your own local.

Being more specific:
I live in Brazil and my firend made a United Kindom account for me. If I were to buy Microsoft points here in Brasil would they work on my Uk account? And would it workthe opposite way also? (Buying points in the UK for a brasilian account).

You can also use a proxy from the country that you are trying to redeam it from. It will redirect you to that xbox website for that country. Just click redeam.

No, they have different amounts.
Australia = 1200
Canada = 1400
USA = 1600
