Can someone host a non lag NON-Hamachi server im recording for Bluexephos on Youtube and he said if the gameplay is good enough he will post it for me PLZ reply with YOUR Skype then tell me on SKYPE THE I.P. and such

It wont be that easy to get someone to host for free.

If you want no lag at all you have to pay for it. Use the minecraft server hosting company's such as redstonehost. Not everything comes for free!
