ive just turned level 60 in mining and i dont know wheather to keep powermining or go to the miners guild and mine coal any suggestions ?? i am using rsbuddy

About 80 or so, you probably need to compete for coal anyway.

can i ask if you shut your computer without turning it off does it still mine or does it stop
