hey ttg i recently bought 1600 msp from the states but im from canada, my gamertag is in a canadian region. i tried many things to try to redeem the msp including calling microsoft but i got no help. so is anyone willing to trade 1400 Canadian code for a 1600 American code??

yeah you should make a new acc and set the region etc to america ;)

I had the same problem with canadian gold ;)

Unlucky man , im sure we have all done this. i dont knows if its true but if you recover it using xbox . com then apparently it allows any region MS points.

Worth a try.

go to the website and put in [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] it should work if it doesn't call xbox support again and tell them to redeem it on your account if they don't it shows they have only just got that job and ask them for a different person to help you.

Yeah. I've done this, my account for some reason was set to US but I'm from Canada, and I couldn't redeem it, I had to make a new account :[

Do you mean recover it on a american xbox because right now im still in the states and ive been playing on my cousins xbox
