The Xbox 720 isn't out yet, they aren't making another system yet, so If they we're to start now, it would be done in like 2011 - 2013. Grand theft auto 5 however isn't coming out until 2010, so theres a huge wait on both of those. The xbox 720 has been rumored, and Microsoft hasn't released anything about another system yet.
