Ask around Varrock, they'll direct you. I believe it's the way the.. East bank in facing, just following the road/path past the museum and church (I aint played in a while, I'm going by memory)

Look on the world map, find edgeville.

Then go north from edgeville until you hit like a narrow ditch. Then jump over it. You are now in the wilderness
