no you have to use paypal but u can use a credit card through paypal also make sure she pays it right away my mom didnt and ended up with 50$ of late fees by the way its alot easier if she links it up to her bank account and if its not through paypal they could scam you very easily if its in paypal you can dispute the transaction and get money back if they scam you
