-StunneR- wrote The truth in all of this is, Some of these laws are stretched differently in different states, so as it might work for someone to say, I dont consent to any searches, It could also get others in trouble, Mostly bieng the abuse of their powers. Not only that but violating the constitution. BTW, I've seen that video, it was on like a $2 budget,it was still pretty informative though ;)

I found it funny aswell they have a lot more they had one like 10 rules to avoid being arrested and this old lady had pot in her house she was like 85

Yeah, For the most part FlexYourRights knows what they are talking about, But as we all know there is some corruption in todays society, not only with people themselves but with police officers as well. Im sure you have read/seen of something where the cop Literally broke the law HIMSELF Being a lawman, and not having to pay the consequences. Simply because he is a police officer, many of which violtate the constitution directly, But then again. There ARE good cops out there

A little off topic, But im sure you get my point ;)

Yes I know what your saying like the video of the cop beating down on the 13 year old kid that was skateboarding and the kid did nothing at all but in the end the cop got arrested I haven`t seen it in a year but I remember it because the only reason he got arrested was because the kids friend brought it to the police station non of the people that watched cared until the guy got arrested and was on the news then everyone said that they were scared to help because they didn`t want to get arrested.

Yep, sadly thats about how it works , its not always that way though, There are plenty of good cops ;)

I dont think I said nice post either Btw

Thank you and it`s true the area I live in is bad for racial stereotyping I am with my friend and we stop at every 5 corners to be checked for illegal substances he doesn`t even look like the kid that would be carrying drugs either hes like the complete opposite of a stereotype black and they still stop us

These are rules cops musts follow to so if you haven`t done anything illegal and refuse to be searched it doesn`t give him an obligation to search you problem is that most people don`t know this so most people don`t know the rules and accidently allow them to do searches and stuff
