Welcome to my Black Ops zombie easter egg guide!

This fourm includes the main easter eggs for Ascension ,Call Of The Dead, Shangri-La, and Moon, along with mini easter eggs such as hidden songs and little things around the maps. This is ALL typed by me in my own words. There was NO copy and paste from a source. You will also find the classic maps within here aswell.



Kino Der Toten

Hidden song: 115

Meteor 1: As soon as the game starts you will notice a teleport pad on the floor. You want to go a little north just before the window under the stairs and stop. Turn right and you will notice a pedistool with a meteor in it.

Meteor 2: Go into the ally and through a gate up the stairs. You will notice that a mystery box has a spawn up there. If you are facing the teddy bear on the box spawn look behind you. You will see a shelf with letters scattered on the shelves. Look down to see the meteor placed on the lower shelf.

Meteor 3: In the room between the theater stage and the room with speed cola.(Dressing room I belive) The Mp5k is located on the small wall, behind it you will notice a broken pedistool. The meteor is at the bottom of the pedistool.

Five

Hidden Song: Won't Back Down

Phone 1: When you spawn go into the room to the right. You will notice a Quick revive perk. To the left of it on the table you will see a red phone.

Phone 2: After activating the Def Cons, you can teleport into the Pack-A-Punch room. Once in the room on the left wall there is a small table. The phone is located on the table.

Phone 3: In the war room there is a big elevator. Take it down to the lower floor. In the power room you will see a table. On the table is the phone.

Hidden Switch: In the war room to the right behnd the computers is where a switch can spawn. It is also known to appear in the power room on the floor.

Ascension

Hidden Song: Abracadvre

Teddy Bear 1: When you spawn you will notice stairs. Go up the stairs and walk tword the shotgun. By the shotgun you will notice a small cluster of piled items, the bear is on the items.

Teddy Bear 2: After you turn on the power open the gate next to the rocket console. Go through the gate down the stairs. Look for a small corridor with the stair case going up. Go all the way up to the highest luner lander is. Stand on the lander and look on the roof north of it and see a bear standing on it.

Teddy Bear 3: By where you purchase the claymores at the lunar lander the left path of the top door in the spawn room. You will see what looks like a broken lunar lander to the left of the working one. You will see a large gate with a red star on it. Go prone next to the gate and see the bear standing behind it.

Main Easter Egg

Items needed: Gersh device, Pack-A-Punch Thundergun, Crossbow,2 Ray guns, Ballistic knife, four players, Matryoshka dolls.

Step 1: By the lunar lander located next to PhD, The window that shows a big open area you will notice a flashing generator. Throw a Gersh at it so it sucks the generator in the black hole.

Step 2: Go to where you can buy claymores. You will notice a Tv there hit X on the Tv.

Step 3: You have to be in a monkey round. Have all four players stand at each perk (not Quick revive). Players will notice a red button. You must press the buttons at the SAME TIME.

Step 4: After launching the rocket, a clock will appear above the bloody hands in the room the rocket launched out of. The players must all stand by the clock WITHOUT MOVING after shooting it with the Ballistic knife. You can move after the bomb gose off.

Step 5: Someone must travel on the luner landers to spell out L-U-N-A. You must ride them in a certain order.

1. Main base(Spawn)to the station near Stanmia Up.

2. Stay on the lander take it to Main base(Spawn).

3. Stay on the lander have someone call it to the one by Speed Cola.

4. Stay on the lander and call it back to the one by Stamnia Up.

Step 6: You will notice that there are four lights lit up when walking into where buying the claymores. Throw down the Gersh at it. All four players must fire their Pack-A-Punch weapons listed above and throw in any dolls with it all at the same time. Don't stop until the Gersh dissapears.

Reward: 90 Second Death machines.

Call Of The Dead

Hidden Song: I'm Not Ready To Die

Meteor 1: When you spawn close to the water you will notice barrels by the rock. On top of the barrels is the meteor.

Meteor 2: Go up the path from spawn to the lighthouse. Go down the first fleight of stairs. Go into the top room. On the north wall you will see a small table with a clock. Under the clock is the meteor.

Meteor 3: Go to the boat where you turn the power on. It is not up the stairs so go into the hall by the stairs into the dining room. On the table bench you will see the meteor.

Main Easter Egg (Solo)

Items Needed (Solo) Pack-A-Punch Vr-11, Pack-A-Punch gun, Grenades.

Step 1: After turning on the power go to the light house. Down both fleights of stairs you will see a big metal door. Knife it and listen.

Step 2: Find the fuse. The fuse is in the room above on one of the two tables or in the corner of the metal cabinet. Put the fuse in the slot right of the door then knife it.

Step 3. Destroy the generators. You have to chuck grenades at them. They glow red.

1. Right infront of the metal door.

2. At the bottom of the lighthouse go across and stop in the middle of the bridge leading to the broken under floors of the boat. Look over the right side to see the generator.

3. Go to the power boat. Take the path from spawn. Go all the way to the front of the boat and look over the side to the left. You will see a generator.

4. Go behind the lighthouse, to the most back window. Look out the window to find the generator. You can crouch to throw the grenade out the window.Go back and knife the door.

Step 4: Call The Sub. Go into the power room. You wll see three levers to the right. Press the left down one. Turn the most right lever down three. Go to the steering wheel, to the right.

Step 5: Go to the very bottom floor of the light house where the green light is. Get a crawler next to the light then use the Vr-11. The zombie will go up the light. Kill him before he reaches the top with a Pack-A-Punch gun. Go back to the door and to the left you will see a tube with a slot. Put the rod in the slot, knife the door and listen. Fuse will blow then knife the fuse.

Main Easter Egg (Co-op)

Items Needed: 2-4 Players, Pack-A-Punch Vr-11. Pack-A-Punch gun, Grenades.

Step 1: Turn on the power, follow the spawn path to the lighthouse down both stairs to a big metal door. knife it then listen.

Step 2: Find the fuse. The fuse is in the room above on one on the tables or in the corner of the metal cabinate. Put the fuse in the slot right of the door then knife the door.

Step 3: Destroy the generators. Throw grenades at them.

1. Right infront of the metal door.

2. At the bottom of the lighthouse go across and stop in the middle of the bridge leading to the broken under floors of the boat. Look over the right side to see the generator.

3. Go to the power boat. Take the path from spawn. Go all the way to the front of the boat and look over the side to the left. You will see a generator.

4. Go behind the lighthouse, to the most back window. Look out the window to find the generator. You can crouch to throw the grenade out the window.Go back and knife the door.

Step 4: Find the vodka. Two players are needed for this. One to knife the bottle and the other to catch it. To the left of the door there is a tube with a slot, put the bottle in there then knife the door.

Spawn 1: Go up both stairs from the metal door room next to mystery box spawn. If you see a bottle knife it then the other player has to catch it.

Spawn 2: Power boat, on the first floor on the corner of the rail.

Step 5: Set the dials. From top to bottom the numbers should be 2746.

Yellow-2, Orange-7, Blue-4, Purple-6.

1. Press purple until dial is 6.

2. Press orange until blue is 4.

3. Press yellow until orange is 7.

4. Press yellow until it is 2.

5. Press purple the same ammount of times you pressed yellow.

6. Press blue until it is 4.

Step 6: Active the radios in order.

1. The room under the power room on a big tower against the wall.

2. By the Stamnia Perk in the corner of the wall on top of the barrel.

3. Take the lighthouse zipline. Tword the brown door on the side there is a radio placed veterically.

4. Under the stairs in the room where the metal door is.

5. By Stamnia Perk in the corner on the barrels again.

Step 7: Call The Sub. You will see three levers. Push the left one down once. Furtherst right one down three times, turn the wheel two times to the right.

Step 8: Foghorns. Order 1234.

1. Outside light house closest to the small pool of water by the cliff.

2. Down the light house ramp in the water.

3. Outside the light house closest to the light house.

4. Down the light house slide behind the rock.

Step 9: Golden rod. Take the Vr-11 and a few crawlers to the bottom of the green light in the light house. Get the crawler by the light shoot him with the Vr-11. Kill the zombie before he reaches the top. Take the rod back to the metal door, put it in the tube slot knife the door. Fuse will blow then knife it again.

Shangri-La

Hidden Song: Pareidolia

Meteor 1: At the spawn in the big bush by the most northtern window on the concrete piller.

Meteor 2: Across the Mud Pit Temple, right before the bridge by the low wall in the bushes on the ground.

Meteor 3: Go down to the room right before the power room, to get there take the cave with the pressure pad for Pack-A-Punch. Go to where the mine tracks are, look over on the left for broken wood. It's under there.

Main Easter Egg

Step 1

In the starting room once the power is turned on, there will be four dials each on their own wall by Quick Revive. When all four players press 'Square' (PS3) or 'X' (360) at the same time, time will distort, causing the players to be sent into the past (proven by some of the things the character says), the moon to eclipse the sun, and a giant 115 meteor to rest above the temple in the spawn area.


Step 2

Near the MPL, there appear to be two characters locked in the locked area behind the weapon. A button must be pressed, similar to those near Quick Revive, in order to get them talking. They want the players to set them free, similar to Gersch in Kassimir Mechanism and the four characters in Original Characters Trapped easter eggs. After they finish their dialog, magical plates can be found scattered on the floor around the areas outside the spawn, 12 on each side.


Step 3

After activating the switch from the previous step, several panels will appear along the area on the bridge, near the rotating statue and the area which contains the MPL, somewhat perpendicular to each other. The players have to make them all disappear to complete this step of the easter egg. At first it seems confusing but the method is simple. On one side, one player stands on a plate and tells another player what the symbol is. That player then steps off the tile whilst the player in the other area searches for the matching plate. Once the pair are found both players step on and those plates and they will disappear. Then simply repeat for every other one until all plates are gone. If a pair is incorrectly matched all plates will re appear and have to be paired up again. Also note that if a player stands on a plate whilst the other checks for a match, all symbols will change to a different plate. Note that this must be completed in 4-5 minutes or players will return to the present and will have to start over again. The following are known symbols to appear on the tiles:

* A Female gender symbol.
* 3 Short straight lines intersected by a long straight line.
* A Diamond outline.
* A star that looks like a asterisk (*)
* A crescent moon
* A Circle with a straight line cutting it in half.
* A Circle with a small dot in the middle.
* 3 Dots arranged in a triangle.
* A Triangle outline.
* A "D" shape
* A "T" like shape that has a line through it.
* 2 arcs crossing

If done correctly you will hear a sound and a Focusing Crystal will appear on top of the MPL boulder.


Step 4

Go down to the Water Slide, but do not move from the bottom. With three players standing on the pressure plate, have the fourth take the slide while holding the action button 'Square' (PS3) 'X' (360). He will activate a switch on the way, which will send the players back to the present if done correctly.


Step 5

Go to the waterfall, there should be a diamond on top of the waterfall. It can be knocked down with an explosive or a Ray Gun. When it's on the ground, shoot it with the 31-79 JGb215, it should shrink. Knife it and it goes into the slide to the geyser. The players must launch the diamond with the geyser and it should land on a tower. A new diamond should spawn, indicating that the step was completed successfully.


Step 6

The players now have to go to the tunnel that has a pressure plate in a crevice. Next to the pressure plate needed to access Pack-a-Punch, there is a gas pipe. The wheel has to be turned 4 times, until the characters can be heard talking about the gas receding. If done correctly, along the walls and ceilings there should be several gas leaks, starting from the MPL entrance all the way to the power room. And when your character passes through there, you can hear them coughing.


Step 7

To complete this step, there must be a calm Napalm Zombie present. The players have to walk through the tunnel, luring the Napalm Zombie from the MPL entrance through the cave and setting the gas leaks from the previous step on fire. There are several leaks clustered about: at the entrance to the cave, near the spout launcher, and just before the power room. If done correctly, when the players return to the crevice and the tube, the lever next to it will be raised. Press the action button (X, square) to lower it. This part MUST be done during the same eclipse as lighting the gas. When the characters start talking about the floor being covered in lava, this signifies that the step was successful.


Step 8

The players must travel back to the past for this step. In the tunnel with the MP5k on a board, there are now 4 holes on the side of the tunnel. The holes must be plugged with Spikemores. The best way is to lure crawlers, or your previous Napalm Zombie, towards the tunnels and place the Spikemore facing the holes, so that the Punji spikes get lodged into the holes. After this is done, the players have to go to the bottom of the waterfall. On one side of the boulder in the center, there is a brick wall, with a brick sticking out saying "Do not hold X". Hold "X" and the players will return to the present, signifying that the step was successful. Also, a new diamond will appear above the mud pit temple.


Step 9

The players have to go to the past again for this step. There are 12 panels spread around the spawn area, the mud pit temple, and the mine cart area. It is similar to Step 3, but instead of stepping on the panels, they must be knifed. When all 12 panels have been lit up, over by the mine cart gate, out of bounds, a snare trap can be seen. Blow it up with an explosive, such as a Monkey Bomb. If done correctly, the characters will say that it has worked, and the players will return to the present.


Step 10

After completing Step 9, there is a radio found near the Minecart gate on a barrel, stating a code, which is "16, 1, 3, 4". Players have go into the past for this to work. After going to the past, players will have to go into the mud pit temple and set the dial to their corresponding numbers as the top number:

* The first one, coming from the eclipse button area, is the far right one. Switch it to ' [ | - '

* The second one is directly behind the first one (near right side from the eclipse button area). Switch it to one dot.

* The third one is diagonal from the second one (far left side from the eclipse button area). Switch it to three dots.

* The fourth one is behind the third one (near left side from the eclipse button area). Switch it to four dots.

After this is done, the characters should say that the code worked. If done correctly, a diamond will appear above the mud pit temple, signifying that the step was successful.
Step 11Edit Step 11 sectionEdit

After the previous step, in the present, by the right side of the stairs leading up to the Pack-a-Punch Machine, on the floor by the statue the players will find a radio. The radio says that Brock lost his bag of Dynamite somewhere while being chased by zombies. The players have to find the bag of Dynamite. The Dynamite will be on the Focusing Crystal near the Minecart gate. First, you have to charge the Focusing Crystals, by finding the four gongs that make a resonating sound. To make sure that you are knifing the right gongs, knife one and then look at the Focusing Crystals, if they are glowing red you are knifing the wrong one, if they don't glow at all then find the other three that make the same noise. Once this is done, the Focusing Crystal will glow yellow and Treyarch's Symbol will appear. You have to shoot the Focusing Crystal with the 31-79 JGb215, the beam bouncing along the other Focusing Crystals and eventually come back and knock off the Dynamite.


Step 12

You have to travel into the past for this step. Once you have obtained the Dynamite, you have to shoot the Focusing Crystal above the mud pit temple (Behind a palm tree if you look at it from spawn). You have to charge the crystals again, and you must upgrade your 31-79 JGb215, or it will not work and a character will say something about not enough power. After you have charged the Focusing Crystals and have an upgraded 31-79 JGb215, you must shoot the Focusing Crystal above the mud pit temple, the beam traveling between the Focusing Crystals and becoming more powerful. When it hits the last crystal, 3 beams of orange light will hit the giant 115 meteorite and it will shrink and fall into the temple.


Step 13

Once the giant meteorite has shrunk, you have to access the Pack-a-Punch Machine. The machine will have vanished and the back wall is accessible. Brock says that he can blow up the wall with the Dynamite gained by the players from a previous step. After the conversation, the water will wash you down and you will have to access the Pack-a-Punch Machine again. After you access the temple again, the wall will be gone, and on an altar, the Focusing Stone will be floating in the center. To obtain the stone, you have to hold the action button. Only the person who picks up the stone gets all seven Perk-a-Colas for the rest of the game. Only one player has the focusing stone but all 4 players get the Time Travel Will Tell achievement/trophy.

Moon

Hidden Song: Coming Home

Teddy Bear 1: The first door you open to go outside on the Moon surface, in the middle of the area you will notice a pile of objects. Bear is on the objects.

Teddy Bear 2: Go through tunnel six, into the next airlock. Across the space suit on the wall you will see a bear.

Teddy Bear 3: Go through door eleven, go through the first room to the next then open that door. Go through the door and scan the right side of the wall. You will see a helmet sticking out of the wall. That is the bear.

Main Easter egg(Solo)

Items Needed: Zap gun, Hacker,

Step 1: Go turn on the power. Go back to by the starting room outside to find four computers. It's all memory.

Step 2: Go retrieve the hacking device. It is in the rooms on one of the tables just before you enter where you get Mule Kick. There are four buttons on the wall. Hack it then look for the stations with the green light above them. Hack all of them as fast as you can. Go back to the four buttons then press them all.

Step 3: An Escvator must breach tunnel six. Make sure you hack it. Go to tunnel six, find the ball then knife it. Follow the ball out side. It will go up on to a dish. Combine the zap gun then shoot it down. Go to tunnel eleven. Follow the ball to the pyrmid. Shoot at it when it stops.

Step 4: Kill twenty-five zombies next to the pyrmid. Then to the right flip the switch.

Reward: 90 Second Death Machine.

Main Easter Egg (Co-op)

Items Needed: Four players, Pack-A-Punch Zapgun, Bowie knife, Quantum bomb, Gersh Device

Step 1: when the power has been turned on, you'll need to play a game of "Samantha says" on the four computers in the outside area with no gravity, near the quick revive.

Step 2: Hack one of the four buttons in the lab, this requires you to have found the hacking device that lays around various tables. This will turn on four computers in the labs (the light turns green over the good ones). Use the hacker device on them.

Step 3: Once the computers have been hacked, four buttons will appear on the wall and must be pressed within 2-3 seconds. If done correctly, they will remain lit.

- These steps open the pyramid's front engraving (the circle). You'll need this later in the easter egg.

Step 4: when tunnel 6 has been breached, someone has to hack the proper terminal from the recieving area so that the digger leaves.

Step 5: Go back to tunnel 6 and a black egg has appeared, near the M16 on the wall; knife it and you'll see it moving around. You'll have to follow it, and open any doors if it gets stucked between them, remember to keep knifing it untill it flies up into a dish on top of the spatial base.

Step 6: Someone has to use the Wave gun (combined zap gun) on the tip of the dish, making the egg move again.

Step 7: follow the egg through tunnel 11 untill it hides into some metal railings. You can either shoot it from the wall next to Stamin-Up, or throw a grenade at it.

Step 8: Keep moving it until it reaches the pyramid in the power room. It will fit into the hole you just opened.

Step 9: A tubulir container will rise from the right side of the pyramid; it needs be filled with around 25 zombie souls, to do this, simply kill zombies close to the container.

Step 10: Once it's filled, you should hear hear a sound. Activate the switch next to the container, which opens the pyramid and reveal a pleasent suprise, Samantha.

------ At this point you'll recieve the 90-second death machine, but need a Vrill Generator to continue. -----

step 11: Head back to the starting area. To the right stand a beam structure with some plates stored on it. Throw a grenade and the plates will fall off.

Step 12: Have someone throw a Gerch device behind the crates, right where the plates have fallen. If done properly, the plates should now be on the teleporter pad.

Step 13: Go back to the moon. The plates should now be right infront of quick revive. Have someone use a quantum bomb on them. If done properly, they should now be right next to a computer in a corner of the same room.

Step 14: Look in the labs for a lead pipe. It's often hidden in one of the counters where the hacker spawns. Grab it and plug it into the machine back in the recieving area. Have Richtofen put the Verill Generator in between the plates.

Step 15: Have Richtofen Repeatedly use mash the "use" button on the computer keyboard for a few minutes. Wait untill the voice-over ends, and the computer screen should STAY gree.

Step 16: The Vrill Generator should now be powered up and shiny. Grab it and head back to the pyramid.

Step 17: Get near the the round engraving and put the Vrill Generator on it. tehre will be 4 tubular containers rising up from the pyramid.

Step 18: Fill the containers up again by killing 25 zombies, and the same sound should play as last time once the container is full.

Step 19: Active the switch again and the containers should be drained. Have Richtofen pick up the Vrill Generator and he should now have Perma-Perks.

Step 20: Go back to the "Samantha says" machine and play 3 increasingly harder rounds.

Step 21: Head back to the power room and have someone use a quantum bomb on the engraving to move the egg again.

Step 22: The egg will fly back to the "Samantha says" machine, use a Gersch device on it.

Reward: Everyone gets eight permnant perks.

1. At spawn open the left door, the the door right next to it. Activate the two glowing green brains on the two tables.

2. Go to the teleorter closest to the Double Tap. Go in to the right room and activate the glowing brain.

Hide And Seek

After Pack-A-Punching a gun you can do the hide and seek easter egg.

1. With your Pack-A-Punch gun, go through the door at spawn to the left to the window facing north.

2. If you look inbetween the wooden posts you will notice a little switch. Shoot it.

3. You will see random objects glow green and seperate in the map. Samantha will say lets play hide and seek.

4. By where you shot the switch open the south door. Go a little north in to the room where you can buy a shot gun. Look at the monkey cages on the left on the ground you will see a teddy bear holdiing a perk bottle. Shoot it.

5. Next go stand by the Pack-A-Punch machine and look to the left. Then look up at the window with fire inside of it, you will see a teddy bear holding a Bowie knifr. Shoot it.

6. The final one is in the insenrator. Go throught the right door from spawn go to the wall that has the tompson. Behind the wall is the insenrator inside you will see a Monkey Bomb. Shoot it. Samantha will say game over.

Yes. On Moon the first part of the Easter egg one person gets them all. After completing the big bang all players have all of them. If you go down you will still have them. I'm not sure if you completely bleed out, I think you still keep them.
