My jailbroken iTouch won't charge it started happening yesterday.

I would restore it and try again! It probably is charging but the battery doesn't show it

If you did a thered jailbreak and say you rebooted then simply connect your device and ( on redsn0w click just boot tethered right now). Done

If it wont charge, the problem is ''your battery'' or your Ipod self'' or ''the cable of the Ipod'', so check the cable first and other ways you restore your Ipod and try again.
If all of that not works then send it to Apple with the cable (and restored so you have the warranty).

That's exactly what happened to my old iPhone 2G running 3.1.3. It would not charge unless it was off, so that means every time it turned on, I had to wait until it died to get it to charge again.
I gave up on that piece of junk, but my best thought was the battery was getting old and I needed to take it to apple to replace the battery. Didn't feel like doing that, now I have iPhone 4.
