Honestly.. What did you guys expect from MW3? It's a CoD game isnt it? if you have ever played CoD you know that it is a lagggg fesssttt. On an unrelated note will gow3 dedicated servers fix host lag because that is the gears downfall.

another reason BF3 is better, Dedicated severs for a platforms in all battlefield games

Completely and utterly agreed. More should be spent to ensure the hardcore players recieve the experience they pay for. The XP event is good, if you can afford to go, and if you're really willing to take a massive trip from the UK. However, I think the money would be better spent ensuring everyone gets a good experience, rather than just the people who choose to attend the XP event.

CoD4 I don't remember lagging as much as I do in Black Ops and my connection is 10x better than what I had back then.

Your Gears question: The dedicated servers are to ensure there is no lag and host powers (ex:stronger shots or a delay in gameplay)

lets not blow this out of proportion, its not like we are on a 1 bar EVERY game we play, but the ocasional time or two you lag a little sometimes you lag alot but most of the time even without dedicated servers we still manage to get good games. But it would be realy nice to not lag at all but hey what do you expect =/ and i agree with the other guy too, they should have spent the money on dedicated servers instead of CoD XP where most of us will not be able to attend anyway.

Unless you have Verizon Fios or some ridiculous internet connection, it will be a lag fest. There is no avoiding it.
