DID NOT WORK FOR ME.
my perm banned happen 7 days ago.
she kept me on hold for 20 mintues, came back and said, im reading stuff about your account and it says here it was perm banned, i was like uhh yeaaaa...., and she was like u lose all remaining live on the account when its banned. and i was like oh okay, and she didnt say anything for 30 seconds so i hung up.

Hmm mine was like... 7 days ago too. Maybe you left Code of Conduct on your account. I removed that with the sign in glitch. :/ Or keep trying
