Ok... This WILL work

Delete all but 1 account from the xbox... you will later be able to recover them... and delete most of the stuff except NEW title updates and other updates (and Kinect Calibration if u have it). Then your gonna want to call MS saying you bought it off eBay and they said it wasn't banned, but when u got it, it was (OR SO THEY THINK ;) ) Then your gonna want to tell them that when you tried to recover your account (tell them what really happens when you try to recover ur account). Then tell them that it doesn't let you sign in and then tell them it says its banned. They will then ask you wat the IP and stuff like that is (get that at system info). BUT - Before you do this... wait about a week or so so they look at the time the console was used, they wont thnk that you banned it :3 . Tell them the info, and they SHOULD unban it. Hope I helped

Also you can do the new jtag method. Put a fresh kv on it and flash it back to unban it.
