Then your gonna want to call MS saying you bought it off eBay and they said it wasn't banned, but when u got it, it was (OR SO THEY THINK ;) ) Then your gonna want to tell them that when you tried to recover your account (tell them what really happens when you try to recover ur account). Then tell them that it doesn't let you sign in and then tell them it says its banned. They will then ask you wat the IP and stuff like that is (get that at system info). BUT - Before you do this... wait about a week or so so they look at the time the console was used, they wont thnk that you banned it :3 . Tell them the info, and they SHOULD unban it. Hope I helped

There is no need to double post i think most of us know that you have been console banned.
