I Would do this but xbox.com is really slow

EDIT: I Have done just waiting to get banned

Okay its not working, I did everything to the point where it looked like my account was temp banned because everything changed to Code of Conduct after my friends filed a complaint on it. However, 24 hours later I went and signed in to xbox.com like normal and it told me I was still banned until 12/31/9999. Does this mean I should still wait, or do the whole process over again and this time wait like 2 weeks?

Help??

P.S. But I also got the email that was temp banned even though xbox.com still says I am perma banned. Which is right?
