how do you install server plugins on minecraft I've been looking on YouTube for ever and i haven't found a good video i have the plugin i want from bukkit and i don't know how to install it i see in all the videos that the person's server file is in a folder what am i doing wrong

my friend owns a private server, and we have alot done on their. he copied the world we made onto a new private server, and installed the private lock plug in. Now, the whole server is laggy and disconnects everyone every 2 minutes or so.

This may seem like an obvious answer, but i dont think its the plug in.

How can he fix this?

There are multiple things that could have happened.

Okay.

In your server folder you need to place the Crafkbukkit.jar which can be downloaded from bukkit.org.

Run it and there will be a plugins folder, drag the plugin.jar into there and reload the server.

Then you have to config it.
