Next Go On Your JTAG And Put Your Account On Your JTAG (Recover Or Move Via USB)
Install Halo 3 To You Hard-drive and Connect Hard-drive To computer.

Then Replace The default.xex with the one from the download.
Put Hard-Drive back in JTAG and run the new xex from XeXMenu.

Then Sign Into Live With Account You Want Recon On.
You Should have All Armour But Dont Put On Bungie Chest Plate Or it Wont Work... Put On Full Recon And Play One Game To Save To Bungie Servers... Now Sign Out And Move Profile To Retail Xbox.

Sign In But Pull Out Internet Cable... So You Don't Connect To Live. Now Go Onto Halo 3 Mythic And Play A Offline (LAN) Game... In The Game, Plug In Cable And connect To Live.. If Done Correct When You End Game And Go To Multiplayer You Should Still Be Wearing Recon... (Bungie Chest Wont Work And If You Try This Is Just Goes Back To Normal)

This Is Still A BETA Plan And I Am Working On Ways To Unlock Flames On Retail But I Don't Think it Is Possible. But I Hope This Works And If You Have Like 10 Mins Left In A KV Go For It.
