Using thetechgame.org, it's safe and legit. You basically design a toolbar, and for everyone that downloads it you get a certain amount of money. This isn't some shitty $0.0004 like linkbucks, but it's around $0.38 / download(in the first 30 days), and then about $0.10 / download(after 30 days).

So how will you get downloads?

Well this is my scheme, on this topic, there will be a list of all the downloadable toolbars. To be able to get yours posted, you need to download someone elses. Say what it's used for, so a lot of people will see it and chose what to download it for. A screenshot is needed to prove you have downloaded someone else's toolbar.

You can only payout after 30 days, and have a minimum of $50.

I cannot see a reason why this would be breaking rules. I have personally made around $110 out of thetechgame.org, and it is virus free.
