It's a certain gametype. It;s not always. You have to run over someone's boody that you killed for points. It's called Kill Confirm. It's a gametype, not always in the game

Everyone that is freaking out about this !!!! STOP !!!!
This is a normal gamemode like tdm, snd ect. You select it and play it. Basically when you kill someone you or your teammates have to pick up the dog tag for the kill to count in the team score (not sure if you still get the actual kill) and if the other team gets the dog tag you don't get the kill.
YOU DON"T HAVE TO PLAY THIS GAME MODE ! Personally this is actually pretty cool. Definitely not for campers like most of the people complaining though.
